Honestly, I bought Pranamat because I was burned out and desperate (and because of the 30-day trial :D). First try was weird and a bit intense, but after a few days it clicked: I come home, lie on it for 15-20 minutes, and it’s like a hard reset. Shoulders drop, thoughts slow down, I’m not as fried by the end of the day. Did it fix my job? No. But it’s the first thing that actually helps me switch off after work instead of just scrolling myself deeper into stress. For burnout brain, this is my “off” button now.

I love this mat! I have an injured back from a car accident (not my fault) and nothing helps my back pain. I was hesitant to purchase and spend more money on another item that won't do anything for my back. One thing people need to know is that this will never be a FIX for back problems, etc. But with consistent use you will have relief. And that relief is absolutely AMAZING!! Make this your self care routine. Make this a priority to use. Make time to lay on this mat. After 20 minutes I feel so much better. These little lotus spikey flowers release so much pain and tension in my back in the 20 minutes. I don't regret for a second purchasing this. I even became an affiliate to promote this. I'm obsessed with my Pranamat. My husband thought I was crazy to order it and figured it would be a waste of money, but I sure proved him wrong. I use it almost every night before bed, sometimes falling asleep on it and I use it most mornings. I tell all my friends how much it has helped with my back pain and how I can't live without it. I would now like to add a loveheart pillow to my collection.

Top it realy works . I have problem with low back and when I relax on pranamat pain is gone.

I absolutely love this mat! I have been using it since 2019 and even have brought it to gatherings to share the experience with others! Unwinding at the end of the day or for taking breaks to relax, this mat is one of my favorite tools to relax and decompress my spine. I'm so happy they made it in my favorite color! I truly LOVE my Pranamat. I use it to relax midday for 20 minutes when I can and before bed as much as possible. I am a calmer mom of three young kids because of it!

Absolutely love this mat! It’s totally changed my life and my husband’s. He uses it for back pain and to help with sleep/insomnia and I use it for stress/relaxation/sleep and minor back pain. My husband has a high stress job where he is on his feet all day and we used to get massages regularly for pain relief. The mat is an investment but now we haven’t needed to get a massage for over 9 months because we use the pranamat instead. I bought the mat in Sept 2023 and I use it almost every day.
